It's December and they had almost no winter sweaters in men's. Half the real estate was clearance shorts and t-shirts. Also I was behind only two people and it took me literally 30 minutes to check out. The cashier had zero sense of urgency.
Last time I was in there it seemed like most of the clothes were quite ugly. Maybe that was just a fluke but the thin manager lady with dark hair showed poor customer appreciation when I realized my MVP (most valuable customer) coupon, which come in the mail for spending thousands at Kohls, had expired the day before. I was getting ready to spend a couple hundred that day and my purchases were already rung up. She could have at the very least tried to accommodate by offering 10% off or something. (coupon was for 30%). I said nevermind because of the lack of management skills and went to the Sherwood store and bought my things there instead. You'd think they'd realize that making a couple hundred dollars minus 10% or even 30% is better than making zero dollars and losing future revenue. Can I get a Duh!?
