They are extremely rude there is a man at that store named Jose he is the only one who actually cares and has respect for the customers, and the lady who did my lease! I will never go back to Aaron's once this lease is over! I have already paid one bed room set off about 8 years ago and they were never this rude, this experience has really been horrible with most of the employees there and their manager is very rude!

They were rude. They acted like since we did not have a lot of money we were unimportant. We then called their customer care line. Then the manager called my mother back wanted references. She had already filled out this paperwork and had recieved two other items besides the one she was currently trying to get. It was like he was trying to retaliate because his boss had been called. Maby he should not have been rude and hatefull to begin with. P.s this was after we had already paid for the item to.

I’ve considered taking the TV to get the screen fixed. But I really feel like Aaron’s should be the one to cover it because how could I have prevented my TV stand from breaking? Why were my couches covered and not the TV? I’m paying double for a TV so it’s more affordable in the moment and so I have complete coverage - but obviously Aaron’s doesn’t care about its customers in the way I thought they did.☹️

I would recommend you to NOT go here. Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience with Aaron’s. I financed a living room set and a TV a few months ago. I also decided to pay more monthly for insurance on said items. I was told one price when we were checking out - each month after that I’ve had to call due to the prices increasing each month. Within the second month, my couch sunk in - I called and complained because I refuse to pay for something that’s not sturdy. They apologized. It took longer than they said it would to call me back. Eventually they replaced my couches (the delivery guys were awesome tho!). The following month - my TV stand (not from Aaron’s) broke. There were three adults standing around the TV. We were trying to unplug the TV to move it so we could get behind the TV stand. The TV stand suddenly broke and the TV fell onto the floor. It still works - but there’s a couple major cracks on one side. I called Aaron’s in Benton, AR (because this is what I pay insurance for, right?) and the employee tells me he’s going to get the manager. The manager tells me he can’t do anything because it’s MY fault the TV is broken (it must be an act of God for them to cover it). A couple hours later, I start really thinking about it and I decide to call customer service because I really feel like I’m in the right. They connect me to the regional manager. The regional manager is not genuine at all. He tells me it’s my fault, he can’t cover it, and if I refuse to pay for it (as in give them the TV back) he will take me to small claims for the damage done.
