My wife and I pulled into the La-Z-Boy parking lot thinking we’d only be there a couple of minutes. We did not expect to find the quality of furniture we found inside! We bought a lovely leather sectional, and it was delivered on time. But, it was missing one piece. When the La-Z-Boy store found out, Harrison and Rick loaded it into a personal pick up and brought it to my house. What incredible service! My sales person Gabby directed us to exactly what we wanted. We will be returning customers for La-Z-Boy. What a pleasant surprise.
Roger was very resourceful in helping us to find coordinating .materials for our sofa & chairs. He seemed to give us his honest opinions and was quick to consult with the other sales people of he was unsure. My only negative feeling about the whole experience is we will not get our furniture before the holidays. But we want it to be right when it does deliver so we are willing to wait. All in all everyone at the Little Rock store was great! We will definitely use them again when we need furniture again!
Sales person listened to our wants and showed us what we asked for. The salesperson also gave us time alone to wander through the store and see what we liked or didn't. He was not clingy and didn't follow us around but was still attentive. He answered all of our questions without faltering and helped us through the financing process. The overall experience was great. I'm incredibly pleased with my new Sofa and recliner. Thanks!
We have bought lots of furniture from this La-Z-boy store and every time we have come into the store we are always greeted first and then left alone when we want to look around. They are never pushy. They do let you know of all your different options on what you get and if you need it changed it can be done. Michael Caple was our salesman and he was very cordial and informative but never pushy. He actually listened to us. We will always come back to this store. We have visited many stores but this one is by far the best in service and furniture. Thank you La-Z-boy and Michael! I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience today at La-Z-Boy was so amazing I just had to. I went in looking for a nice white rug for my bedroom. When I walked in, I was instantly greeted with a smile and friendly "Can I help you find anything today?" from the saleswoman, Gabi. She immediately took me over to the rugs. I showed her pictures of my room and explained how I wanted a white rug for the area. After a few minutes of ACTUALLY HELPING ME LOOK, Gabi showed me a light grey rug that matched PERFECTLY with my comforter. I was astonished at how she took what I wanted into account and showed me the white rug options, but was able to give me another suggestion on what may look good in my room. The rug looks great and I will definitely be going back to Gabi.
