It was horrible. It was very packed. There was a wait to be seated. It took a long time. Then when I was seated it took forever to get the chance to order. There were groups of people that had been there 30+ minutes waiting to receive their orders. I eventually left without ordering because it was taking a very long time.
The food was good, and the service was satisfactory. They would get five stars, but there is a weird, nasty smell coming from their bar. It colored my visit, even though everything else was good.
Great at Atmosphere. Super friendly staff (Scott was our waitor) and very helpful. Food was delivered quickly.
quick seating..food wasnt good and it came out cold. waitress was very polite and took order back with no problem...she apologized several times and made sure everything came back out fresh and hot.
Service was great, but just as every other visit to Applebee's (this and other locations), everything else is nearly abysmal. Applebee's figures a way to ruin any food item on their menu, or they simply do not have a menu item shown on the menu, and you'll hope the specials actually ring accurately at the end. Our waitress this visit was great and there were no complaints for her. I have wondered for a decade what exactly keeps this company in business.
