Ohhh I gave it 2 stars because I did order a lava cake, and it really good.
Great food n service
The restaurant was almost empty and not very enticing, but it's a fast food joint so hey. It was my first visit there and I was surprised at how tasty my meal was, but the real surprise was the service.
I wanted a side salad and thought Arby's would be the best place to go. The young lady who worked the drive-thru window had pulled a salad and I saw her go to whoever was on duty for the lunch time today (December 21, 2017, 11:45 a.m. or so) to show the salad to him. She then went back around the counter and came back with what I thought was a new salad. I returned to my office and opened the sack. It didn't take any time to figure out the salad was not worth eating, as it looks as if the lettuce has been frozen and was turning brown. I don't have time to return the salad, so that's just $1.99 down the toilet. I will, most likely, not return to this Arby's location. They KNEW something was wrong and still sold it to me.
It was probably the highest level of customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food venue
People are friendly and the food is usually fresh. The fries are sometimes stale so I would check them before leaving.
The drive through line took forever. Ordered a large fry and a medium fry- both were half full. Ordered a large jal popper and it was half full too. They didn't put the rueben in my bag. The lobby was closed so I had to go back through the drive through to get it. Did I mention the drive through line took forever the first time? This time it was twice as long. I called arbys while I was waiting in the line to let them know my rueben was missing. She said she would replace my fries since they would be cold but when I finally made it to the window they told me to pull up again to wait for fries. When we finally got home to eat the sandwiches were sloppy...I won't be eating here again.
I asked about the meal on a promotional poster outside and the guy explained all the ingredients and how to put a meal deal together. Having placed our order and rung it up, I then added something else and it appeared he had to cancel everything and start again which he did without complaint. Later he left the desk to check on us to see if everything was OK.
