Chili’s is literally my favorite restaurant but this particular one is not good. The past 3-4 times i’ve gone have been pretty awful. it took 45 minutes for JUST a lava cake once, the next time the waitress barely paid any attention to my friend and i just because are “younger” (18 & 19), and this time the food took forever even though there was basically no one there and the meat on the nachos was really gross and a weird texture. I love chili’s but would not recommend this location.
Walked in and stood there, just my wife and I, for at least 4 or 5 minutes before we were greeting. The hostess decided to seat a family behind us before she seated us, and tried to be sneaky about it by grabbing menus and walking away and then signaling them from around the corner. She wasn't very good at being sneaky, though, because I looked over and saw her doing it.
Overall the visit was good. The food was perfect, the server was fantastic, and the bill was lower than expected. The only downside was the host.
Love the new margaritas with pineapple and blueberries. The new presidenté is really great as well! I usually order at the bar and sit at the bar. Great bar server!
I should of learned the first time. I order take out 2 entries a order of egg rolls. It was not prepared like on the menu. It was pretty gross. Servings are small compared to sit down. 42.00 dollars just another learning experience not where to eat ever again with my family.
Went here for a date. I am giving it 3 stars because we really enjoyed the food. I subtracted two stars because our entrees came out before our appetizer and some of the staff was not very attentive. (The host did not acknowledge us upon entering the restaurant and our server was more concerned with the people at the bar, then he was with making sure we had what we needed.) The experience didn't ruin our date, but those two things definitely did not go unnoticed.
We finally decided to seat ourselves in the bar area, which the small table was alright since it was just the two of us.
The server was great. He constantly kept our drinks full and made great recommendations based on what we wanted. I tipped him well, but really hope his share to the host was minimal if none at all.
