Awful service and extremely slow. 45 mins for 2 burgers
I went in expecting it to be similar to in-and-out burger. Was surprised by all the options available! Reminds me of a fast food type fudruckers or something. I got the original double. Pretty awesome burger, but for the price I give it 4 stars. For that price range, I'll try a specialty burger next time. Maybe the avocado since I'm a millennial. And for those wondering about the meat, mine was well done, no pink.
Horrible service. We come to the bass pro shop mall pretty often, and we eat here every time because the burgers are great, however, if you order a shake it takes about 20-30 minutes to get it. The food takes a good 15 minutes on a good day, and they usually get at least one part of your order wrong. They always have to huddle together trying to figure out who did what wrong...they obviously have no routines or systems in place to get things done. They need a new manager who trains employees to all know and follow the same routine.
Usually I love this place but not after my last experience. I ordered a rocket single with no tomato. After a long wait I received my burger with a tomato & mayo instead of special sauce. When we told the employees that I wanted special sauce because that's what comes on the burger they told me they were out & to just eat that. After telling them no they said "fine we'll make some" with an attitude. My husband ordered a double burger & when he received it there was only one patty. When he told them they just threw another patty on top, no cheese or anything. Horrible.
Ordered through Chef Shuttle. Paid $1.59 for two extra strips of bacon on my bacon cheddar burger. The burger arrived with two strips of bacon. The regular order of fries my friend ordered were covered in cheap cheese sauce.
