This place offers some decent burgers and wonderful milkshakes. I visited this place on my business trip and was reluctant at first thinking it might be one of those gross fast food burger joints but I was pleasantly surprised with what I received. I felt good whilst eating it and after. Great selection!

The manager is very helpful and knows his customers. The staff is kind. The place is decent as far as cleanliness.
I've been twice and the food is cooked quickly and fresh. I gave it a 4 bc the bath room was dirty both times.
The food was good, service was ok. It could have been a little better especially since I was the only person there when I arrived. I was not greeted when I walked in, they took my order (I didn't feel rushed but I didn't feel welcome), handed me my order. Never thanked me. Walked out without another word but that was repeated with the 3 customers that came after me but the food delivery service guy got a full conversation with a smile and everything. I wasn't looking for a conversation but good to great customer service.
THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!!! I CALLED TO INFORM THEM THAT MY VEGGIE BURGER AND FRIES WAS EXTREMELY COLD THE GENTLEMAN WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!! HE SAID THAT HE COULD MAKE ME ANOTHER ONE BUT IT HE WASN'T GOING TO ARGUE WITH ME. I WAS TAKEN ABACK BECAUSE I WASN'T RUDE OR FORCEFUL. I SIMPLY WAS TRYING TO STATE THE FACT THAT MY FOOD WAS CLOSED. HE SAID THAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH ONLINE ORDERS THEY EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO BE THERE WITH 20-25 MINUTES. HOWEVER WHEN WE GOT THERE THE FOOD WAS STILL NOT READY. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PISS POOR. IF I WANTED TO SPEND 15.00 AND GET BAD SERVICE I WOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE. YOU ALL JUST LOST A FREQUENT CUSTOMER. AND YES IT IS IN CAPS BECAUSE I AM PISSED OFF. YOU ALL ARE RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! THE BREAD WAS SO SOAGIE YOU COULD NOT PICK IT UP AND THE VEGGIE PATTY WAS FALLING A PART. IT WAS DRENCHED IN MAYO, MUSTARD AND KETCHUP AND WAS JUST SLOPPY. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. THE STAFF MISSED UP THE ORDER BUT WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE ABOUT FIXING IT. I WAS SHOCKED NEVER AGAIN
