I have to give it 2 stars because the food is good. It is expensive for what you get and the staff are terrible. I am very friendly even when you aren't but they could not seem to want to be there less then they do. I have visited this location 3 times in the last 6 months and have yet to write a review because I was hoping the attitude of the staff was a fluke and that previous occasions were just a bad day for them. However having gone there 3 times and had the same experience I can honestly say that the management needs to do something about it. That area of town is highly populated and needs this kind of establishment I would hate to see it go.
Waited in the drive thru for over 30 min, horrible customer service. The drive thru also doesn't work.
I had Bite Squad deliver a fish dinner. Food was good, but special requests ignored.
Surprised it was freshly cooked food to order. Best fried chicken tenders I've ever had. Cole slaw tasted just like the way my grandma made it. Husband got the fried catfish and said it was good. Great seasoned fries and didn't even have to empty my bank account to eat here. Will definitely be coming back for more.
Food and always good however service is not so great. I added to my order, it was ready & sitting on the counter for a good 10 mins & they didn't call my number or say anything. I just went up & asked if everything was ready.
