Ordered a big order and the food was wrong when we got back to work. Called and the "manager" was rude, was told he didn't care. and ended up hanging up on us. Called and never would answer again. After many calls we finally got a hold of a lady that was some what helpful. She told us that the manager was off but she would take care of it. She asked if she could call us back in 10 minutes......never call back.
Place is really neat, and the sandwiches are the best I've ever had. Plus I like the wall of art they have.
Great place to eat sandwiches with 14 inch for two people
They have a nice variety of good quality ingredients to choose from. There's an app as well that lets you make your order and have it waiting for you.
I like the set up here. Go in, pick the bag that corresponds to the sandwich you want, check off exactly what you want on your sandwich, and hand it in to be prepared. This works great for picky eaters as there is no ambiguity regarding exactly what is in your food and the quality is great.
